Do you feel like you have too much on your plate lately? Have you been closed off, anxious, moody or withdrawn? Do you find yourself day dreaming while in class or work and your social life is suffering? Maybe you’re stuck in a transitional period and are not sure where you belong or fit in. Or maybe it’s your child that has been suffering since your recent separation from his father. He’s appearing distant, irritable and is starting to get in trouble in school. He’s had enough of that bully in his class and he no longer wants to go to school or play his favorite sport.

If things feel like they are starting to spiral out of control, and you don’t know what else to do, please, come talk to me! Sometimes people have a difficult time opening up and coping with the complications of life, especially if they are unsure of what they should be doing or when crucial life issues come up. In some cases, additional help is needed which is why I am here!

My work fosters a safe, gentle and non-judgmental learning environment for all of my clients. Therapy is all about your needs, and I work to meet you where you are. In our sessions, we will focus on your strengths as well as identify and articulate thoughts and feelings that are blocking you from being more in control on your life. We will work on learning how to cope with the difficulties in life and obtain a feeling of belonging and purpose in life.

Early intervention in both kids and adults makes a big difference in improving well-being, and decreasing stress within families so do not wait! Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!
