I understand the variety of different reasons individuals seek help for mental health concerns, and my role as a therapist is to help them understand these concerns, while also highlighting the importance of understanding all areas of their life. My passion is bringing healing to individuals who have experienced trauma, as well as helping individuals navigate day-to-day life. There is no single approach that is right for everyone, therefore I utilize a variety of different modalities in practice to help those struggling with mental health concerns get a better understanding of what they’re going through. I believe an essential part of practice is connection – without connection, individuals’ risk not being seen, heard, and valued.
