My areas of focus include but are not limited to guiding people to effectively manage life’s many challenges. During these pressing times in our culture, this could mean helping someone stabilize their mood or overcome pressing adversity. I work with people struggling with issues of depression, anxiety, PTSD, low self-esteem/self-worth, bullying, peer pressure, sexual orientation, and family problems.
I guide my clients to reach their goals and potential by using evidenced-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I’ve worked with difficult and hard to inspire clients at various levels of mental illness, with other modalities such as art, music, and mindfulness techniques.
Being a Marine Corps veteran also gives me a unique perspective when I work with other veterans in the community. Let me help you build your resiliency, to feel empowered, and to become the best adult version of yourself. Your past does not define your future. Give me a call or send me an email. I’d love to hear your story and see how I can help.
